Ballast Point Sydney - McGregor Coxall
Another Post-Industrial scheme here, and that is not meant to sound dismissive. In a country, or city, without a wealth of architectural heritage surely it’s better to re-use and recycle?
This scheme has all the elements I love - Concrete, rusty steel, planting into existing structures. Plus it refers back to the history of the space. It doesn’t wipe it away.
